It's hard to believe that Bob the Builder has been going for over 10 years now - like Handy Andy or Craig Phillips from Big Brother/60 Minute Makeover, he just doesn't seem to age. And on Sunday my friend Chris took his three-and-a-half-year-old son to see the stage show Bob the Builder's LIVE! Spud's Big Mess.

It was Sam's first trip to a show of any kind. 'He was on the edge of his seat for the entire time!' Chris told me yesterday. 'The show was fantastic - very colourful and fun, with lots of songs and action. He even did some dancing at the end - and a number of other kids were dancing in the aisles. It was also the perfect opportunity for some father and son bonding.'
