First Alternative offers drivers the opportunity to build up to 75% no claim discount. Customers will get 70% immediately if they currently have 5 years NCD or more and an extra 1% per year for the next 5 claim-free years with First Alternative, to a maximum of 75%.
All comprehensive policyholders also get courtesy cars while their own are being repaired at one of the company's network of recommended repairers.

They offer a 10% discount when a car insurance policy is purchased online.
