  • KidStart Savings will NOT be paid if the policy has been cancelled, the policy if fraudulent, you telephone Hasting Direct to complete the sale or the monthly direct debit payment has been missed.
  • If KidStart Savings are not showing in your Transaction History after 3 months, please contact KidStart first. We will then process the transaction, and if the sale is traceable back to KidStart we will validate the sale and pay the KidStart Savings.
  • ONLY IF THIS PROCESS IS NOT SUCCESSFUL SHOULD YOU CALL HASTINGS DIRECT. Their call centre representatives will capture your information for further investigation. Please have the date and time of purchase and your policy number to hand before calling.
