Unsupported internet browser or operating system

We are very sorry but it looks like you are visiting this page using an internet browser / PC operating system for which we don’t currently have a Savings Prompt available.

The KidStart Savings Prompt is available for the following browser / PC operating system combinations:

Chrome 32+	Windows Vista and later
	Mac OS X 10.6 and later
Firefox 26+	Windows Vista and later
	Mac OS X 10.6 and later
Safari 5.1 to 9	Mac OS X 10.6 and later (as appropriate - later versions of Safari can only be installed on later versions of Mac OS X)
Internet Explorer 8 to 11	Windows Vista and later (as appropriate - later version of IE can only be installed on later versions of Windows)

Additionally, the Savings Prompt also works with Firefox on Linux operating systems. It can also work successfully with IE8 on Windows XP, though we do not support Windows XP installations.

Microsoft Edge

Unfortunately, the Savings Prompt cannot be installed on Microsoft Edge, which does not support browser extensions. If you have updated to Windows 10 and want to use the Savings Prompt, you can install it on the version of Internet Explorer 11 that ships with Windows 10.

If you are able to use one of the browsers in the table above, then please open that browser and navigate to KidStart to download the correct version of the Savings Prompt.
