As a mum, my heart went out to Paris Jackson as she made her moving tribute<\/a> to her dad yesterday. It must have taken a lot of courage to get up on that stage and her honest, unrehearsed words were one of the most genuine moments in the whole event. <\/p>\n

Taking children to funerals used to be taboo, but if it's handled carefully, it can be an important part of the grieving process. Now it's over, though, I do hope Paris and her siblings are able to live their lives away from the spotlight. <\/p>\n
