You can save for as many children as you want, and they don't even need to be your own! Some members even save for children they hope to have in the future.
We will automatically deposit money into the savings account that you choose for each child. Many savings accounts have a minimum deposit so we will typically wait until there is £10 in the Kiddybank before making a transfer.
If your child was born in the UK on or after 1 September 2002, they will have a Child Trust Fund account and KidStart can deposit money into whichever they have.
We can also deposit money into other children's saving account, such as a bank or building society account for both your younger children and so that your older children won't be left out. You just tell us where you want us to put the money through our members section.
