Chris Pond - Senior Advisor, FSA
Chris Pond is a Senior Adviser at the Financial Services Authority and a Trustee of the National Family and Parenting Institute.

He was previously Director of Financial Capability at the FSA. And before that Chief Executive of One Parent Families/Gingerbread and Chair of Capacitybuilders, a funding agency for the Third Sector responsible to the Cabinet Office. Chris was MP for Gravesham between 1997 and 2005 and during his time at Westminster served as Parliamentary Under Secretary of State in the Department for Work and Pensions, Parliamentary Private Secretary in the Treasury and was a member of the Social Security Advisory Committee.

Before entering Parliament, Chris was Director of the Low Pay Unit and Chair or trustee of a number of voluntary organisations in the social policy field.

  Sophie Raworth - Presenter, BBC
Sophie Raworth is the presenter of the BBC One O'Clock News. She took over from Anna Ford in June 2006.

Sophie had, since January 2003, presented BBC One's Six O'Clock News with George Alagiah. Before this, she presented Breakfast alongside Jeremy Bowen. She joined Breakfast News in 1997, co-presenting the programme four days a week.

Sophie is also a regular presenter with the BBC Events team. She has hosted coverage of various Royal events including, Her Majesty The Queen's Diamond Wedding Anniversary, the tenth anniversary of the death of Diana, Princess of Wales, the marriage of HRH The Prince of Wales to Camilla Parker-Bowles, the Queen's 80th birthday party celebrations and the Queen's Golden Jubilee celebrations - presented alongside David dimbleby.
