This terms of access policy applies specifically to the KidStart Save a million for UK kids campaign and related website pages which are visible under www.kidstart.co.uk/saveforukkids/. The KidStart programme and associated website visible under www.kidstart.co.uk has it's own Terms of Access which is visible here.

Please read these terms carefully before using the KidStart Save a million for UK kids website ("Website"). These terms apply to all users of the Website and by using the Website you agree you have read and accepted these terms.

This website is made available for use in connection with the KidStart Save a million for UK kids campaign to allow you to learn about the campaign and participate if you wish.   • You must not impersonate any other person or entity whether actual or fictitious.

Competition and Prize Rules

The following rules apply for the KidStart Save a million for UK kids Idea Competition:

1. Prizes will be awarded at the sole discretion of KidStart.

2. Non cash prizes do not have cash alternatives.

3. Multiple entries per person are allowed

4. Winners must be resident in the United Kingdom

5. Winners will be selected by a panel chosen by KidStart and communicated on the Website. The members of this panel may change without notice at the sole discretion of KidStart. KidStart will inform winners as soon as practical after the closing date. KidStart will not contact losing entrants.

6. By entering a competition, you agree to grant to KidStart, free of charge, permission to use any material you provide in any way it wants (including modifying and adapting it for operational and editorial reasons). Entries will not be returned.

7. KidStart will always seek your permission to use your name in any publicity related to the competition.
