Going for Gold

What I love about Sport Relief is that you don't actually have to be that sporty to get involved. You can do as much, or as little as you like. So total respect to you if you're doing something sponsored and energetic this weekend. But if like me you're more of an armchair athlete (*ahem*) the good news is you can raise money for the charity by eating chocolate – these fab Dubble medals are only £1, and available from selected Sainsbury's.

Sport Relief also produces the most unlikely stars – this time in the form of Rufus Hound. Before his performance as Cheryl Cole he was slightly below radar for me – I knew who he was, I just wouldn't have been able to pick him out in a line-up. If you missed his rendition of Fight For This Love, here it is. Comedy gold.

I have no idea who Rufus Hound is. Clearly I need to come back to the Uk soon as my grip on popular culture is zero. (have no idea what Glee is that everyone keeps talking about either). Love this celeb dance for comic relief. The Flashdance one from last year was comedy genius too!

If you’ve got some crazy lined up for Sport Relief – you not only deserve a medal – you could also win chocolate prizes! If you or the kids are doing something special for Sport Relief tell us about it at http://divinedelights.wordpress.com/ – most creative fund-raising ideas in with a chance of Divine Chocolate prize

Hands up to anyone who takes heart – am always there in spirit and often really think I’d like to do something but NEVER get round to it – so disappointing!!!
