My pick of the winter sales

Hello! I hope you had a fabulous Christmas. We really had a lovely time – no rows, very peaceful, lots of laughter. Exactly how it should be.

And now I’m ready to shop the sales. But one thing I won’t be doing is battling my way round the shops. Oh no. As far as I’m concerned the only way to bargain hunt at this time of year is to do it online.

My other sales rule is to buy only what I KNOW to be useful and BELIEVE to be beautiful. That means no fashion disasters, no unnecessary electrical items (like the foot spa that was used once, or the dress that was the right colour and style but impossibly tight. *ahem*).

So, here’s my pick of the current sales:

John Lewis   has heaps of great deals, including this baby smocked spot dress, reduced from £26 to £13.
   Laura Ashley has up to 50% off on home and fashion, including this Beach Hut cushion, reduced from £30 to £15.
Office  has amazing reductions, including these green Diamonds Forever satin pumps, reduced from £60 to £18.
     The Gap has brilliant bargains including hoodies reduced from £35 to £19.99.
