"The story essentially tells the tale of what happens to a couple of peas, once they have been picked, on their journey to your plate. The illustrations are lovely and my three-year-old was fascinated by the story. And I particularly liked the fact that while the children initally weren't keen to eat the peas, once they tried them they realised they loved them (always good to have positive role models!). Good fun."
