OK I know that dieting is really the last thing any of us are thinking about this week, but at the back of my mind is the increasingly loud nagging voice that I really need to start as I mean to go on in the New Year.
As the former Editor of a health and beauty mag and also a lifestyle journalist I know full well that one of the best ways to motivate yourself is to diet with others, share tips and support.
So I thought if we form a virtual diet club, where we all support each other, it might help.
It doesn't matter what diet you're on, the point is to encourage each other to keep going, to share our successes and wobbles (I mean emotional wobbles. You don't have to share the other kind, unless you want to). I'll get expert tips and share those with you too.
