What’s your sideline?

There was a fab article in yesterday's Guardian about all the different jobs you can do to make money from home. I've written articles for mags and newspapers on WAHMs but I hadn't realised before just how many different things there are you can do to make some extra £s.

Did you know for example you can get involved with next year's Census? You can make biscuits and sweets to sell through local gift shops, groom someone else's dog, make scrapbooks, grow vegetables…

Of course selling things you don't need on ebay is a great way to make some extra money for Christmas. And I'm looking at all the pears and apples in our garden at the moment and thinking I really should have made some jam this year.

So what's your sideline – and what are your top tips for earning money from home? I'd love to know.
