"We don’t have many wooden toys in our household so it was a bit of a novelty for Ella initially. It looks like an abacus but has letters and numbers which rotate and show different images. The letters have a lower-case letter on one side and a picture with the title underneath on the other side. The pictures are colourful and easy to recognise. The numbers simply have a number on one side and the written number on the other side.
It’s entertaining as well as educational and held Ella’s attention for a fair while. I know as she gets a bit older we’ll be able to work with it a bit more as she’s quite keen to recognise pictures and letters.
