• You will only be eligible for KidStart Savings if Compare the Market (the “Merchant”) is able to link your Product purchase to the Kidstart website. This means you must:
• 1. Log into your Kidstart account.
• 2. Click from Kidstart directly to the Merchant’s website ensuring you have selected the correct product category.
• 3. Generate a brand new search for broadband deals and make your purchase immediately (in the same session and without exiting your browser).
• What will stop me earning Kidstart Savings?
• KidStart Savings is eligible for customers who are located in the UK only.
• Editing or using a previously saved Product comparison from your account on the Merchant’s website will not be tracked and you will not be eligible for KidStart Savings.
• If you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, this may cause your Kidstart Saving to be declined or reduced. E.g., Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount.
• If your Product purchase is not fully completed online.
• If you participate in any other offer/ promotion that are not posted and approved by Kidstart
• If you, or the broadband provider, cancel the broadband contract before KidStart Savings is deposited in your Kidstart account.
• If you don't pay your monthly instalment in full or, if paying by Direct Debit your monthly payments are not kept up to date.
• If you have any cookie blockers active in your browser that prevent the Product transaction to be tracked correctly.
• Good to know
• Kidstart Savings will be confirmed after your contract has been active for at least 90 days. Payment could take up to 130-180 days after validation.
• You shall only be entitled to receive KidStart Savings for the first two Products you take out through the Merchant’s website per year. This year will begin on the date you takeout the first Product following a comparison of the Product via the Merchant’s website.
• This offer is only available to United Kingdom residents who have entered a valid broadband contract online following a comparison of broadband deals through the Merchant via Kidstart.
• This Kidstart Saving programme is being monitored. Kidstart members transacting fraudulently with this retailer will have their membership terminated immediately and may have their details passed to the authorities for further investigation.
• KidStart Savings is not issued by the Merchant. If you have any queries regarding a Kidstart Saving or payments, please contact Kidstart Customer Support directly and not the merchant.
• Kidstart Saving rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease at any time.
• The Merchant reserves all rights to take action (including legal action) as is considered necessary in its sole discretion in order to prevent or redress any fraudulent or otherwise unlawful use of their website.
• This Merchant calculates a Kidstart Saving excluding VAT, delivery and any other applicable charges.
• The Merchant reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Kidstart Saving offer at any time.
• The Merchant’s decision will be final.
• What to do when?
• If your Kidstart Saving is not tracked, the Merchant allows up to 45 days after the purchase date to submit a claim.
• If your Kidstart Saving is rejected, the Merchant allows up to 6 months after the purchase date to submit a claim.
