What will stop me getting KidStart Savings?

• KidStart Savings will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed in these terms. • Policies that are purchased over the phone are not eligible for KidStart Savings. KidStart Savings is only available for policies purchased online via the Kidstart Website • KidStart Savings is not available for customers renewing their current policy. • Your KidStart Savings is not valid if you purchase an accident only policy

What else is essential?

• You must have entered valid bank deals (BACS) in your Kidstart account. KidStart Savings will only be paid into that account.
• All transactions will be validated by Healthy Pets.
• Once your policy has been live for 121 days, you will receive confirmation that you have qualified for KidStart Savings. The KidStart Savings will be paid into your Kidstart account within two months of confirmation that the required conditions have been met.
• After clicking through to the Healthy Pets website from the Kidstart link you must generate a new quote and buy the policy in the same session. If you leave the website and come back it will not track and no longer be valid.
• If you purchase an annual policy (or a policy with a duration over 90 days) and either you or your insurer cancel within 90 days or less of the purchase date, your KidStart Savings is not valid.
• If you purchase a policy with a duration 90 days or less and cancel at any point, your KidStart Savings is not valid.
• Subject to the points above and provided that all payments due at that point have been received, you can expect your KidStart Savings between 120-180 days after purchasing your policy.
• Healthy Pets withhold the right to withdraw this offer and also reserve the right to change or amend the reward and the structure of the offer at any time. Any decision made by Healthy Pets with regards to this offer is final.
• The KidStart Savings amount awarded will be based on the amount promoted on the Kidstart website on the day of purchase.
• For the purpose of tracking do not reject cookies when visiting the supplier's site as your KidStart Savings will not be tracked
• There is no restriction on how many times you can receive KidStart Savings. You will receive a KidStart Savings for each qualifying purchase

What to do when

• Please do not contact the merchant regarding KidStart Savings queries. All such enquiries should be made to Kidstart.
• For transactional or tracking issues in relation to the payment of KidStart Savings, please contact Kidstart directly or raise a claim using the process provided by Kidstart.
• A "Missing KidStart Savings " query must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
• We will make all reasonable endeavours to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
