back guarantee if your holiday is cancelled. Choose to have your money delivered to
your door or click & collect at Waitrose or a John Lewis Bureau.
Home Delivery
You can order your currency online for secure and insured home delivery: the minimum
order value is £250 and the maximum is £2,500. Delivery is free for all orders over £500,
otherwise a £5.50 delivery charge will be applied. Online orders can include multiple
currencies. When you order before 3pm Monday to Friday, we'll deliver your travel money
on the next available working day. If you place an order after 3pm on Friday it'll be
delivered the following Tuesday. Royal Mail will occasionally try to deliver on a Saturday.
Click & Collect
Order your travel money online and collect it from one of over 330 Waitrose and John
Lewis shops nationwide. Your order will be ready to collect the next available working
day.
We buy unused travel money
If you have any leftover notes at the end of your trip, just pop to your nearest Bureau de
Change where we'd be happy to buy them back. We can't buy back coins or certain
denominations of bank notes, and we can only purchase currency that we stock at that
time. If you didn't originally purchase your currency from us or don't have proof of
purchase we may not be able to buy back your currency - please check your local store
for more details.
