For the avoidance of doubt, KidStart Savings will not be paid if a ‘saved quote’ is purchased. A ‘saved quote’ is held in the quote history section of your MoneySuperMarket account for you to return to at a later date. Unfortunately, KidStart Savings will not be paid if you purchase a saved quote or edit a saved quote even if it has been generated on the same day you wish to purchase insurance from MoneySuperMarket via KidStart.
• KidStart Savings will not be paid if you, or your insurer, cancel your policy.
• KidStart Savings will appear in your KidStart account within 90 - 180 days of your policy purchase date.Please note that it can take a further 2-3 months for the payment to be processed before cashback is withdrawable from your account. Quotes that don't convert into a policy will be automatically declined after 150 days of being generated.

• A "Missing KidStart Savings" query must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
