To avoid transactions going missing please make sure to:

  • The latest version of Safari sometimes isn't compatible with certain retailers so try using an older version or an alternate browser
  • If you want to make changes to your grocery order click out from KidStart first
  • Try to close down other websites before you click out from KidStart so that you don't accidentally pick up cookies from other websites that could affect tracking
  • Only use discount codes that have been provided by KidStart
  • Paying for your order using a gift card can make purchases ineligible
  • You may not qualify for KidStart Savings when purchasing gift cards, unless stated otherwise in the retailer page T&Cs
  • We no longer accept missing transactions from Amazon
  • When shopping with Amazon add items to your basket after clicking out from KidStart, don't save items on Amazon or add to the wish/shopping list before moving to your basket as this can affect tracking
